Question 1

Where do I complete my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Right here on Drewassociates. Add the items you need to your basket and complete checkout on this site; every product page lists its materials, dimensions and care notes before you order.

Question 2

Where can I read the shipping and return terms?

Accepted Answer

On the shipping and returns page linked in the footer of this site. We keep all delivery and return terms in one place so you can read them before checking out.

Question 3

How do I choose the right size or format?

Accepted Answer

Measure the space where the item will sit or mount, then compare those measurements with the dimensions listed on the product page. Checking the clearance, connection type and material finish beforehand prevents fit issues.

Question 4

Where do the product specifications come from?

Accepted Answer

Every specification on Drewassociates is taken from the manufacturer or supplier datasheet for that listing. When a listing does not state a weight limit or secondary dimension, the page leaves it blank rather than guessing.

Question 5

How should I care for and clean these items?

Accepted Answer

Read the care notes on the individual product page and in our care guides. Most everyday surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, while specialist finishes list their own maintenance instructions.

Question 6

How are the buying guides organised?

Accepted Answer

Each buying guide focuses on a specific category, collection or use case in the catalogue. It compares items side by side on their published materials, dimensions and fittings so you can narrow down the options.
